Appreciated the early check-in so I could rest after my red eye flight. Modern facility with updated amenities. Great parking garage, customer service top notch. Room was very clean and quiet with beautiful view of the lake. Perfect place to stay when in town for a concert.

We were in Hampton Inn Houston Airport/Humble by the Highway, from May 1 to 3. It was a wonderful experience. We arrived at around 8 PM because of a two hour delay in our flight. I called the concierge for shuttle pick up, which as advertised is free. The concierge had a friendly and welcoming voice which impressed me. I asked for her name - Cathy. Newer clean hotel near the airport. Front desk manager Luis was extremely helpful. I needed to return my car in the evening as my flight was very early the next morning. He was kind enough to send his airport transport vans to pick me up from the Rental Car Center. Thank you Luis and the van driver !

The hotel is located in a lovely wooded area that feels invigorating. It was very busy with several events taking place

They are in the middle of remodeling, but wait until after 9am to start making noise. There are probably 10 "cheap" motels within a mile or two, but these guys stand out. The property feels really safe. They gave us a nice gift bag with bottled water and snacks at check in, and they have a hot breakfast buffet in the mornings. Plus free parking within 4 miles of downtown. They have a shared patio with porch swings and a basketball hoop, so they are trying to stand out and be a nice...

Breakfast was picked over and resupply inadequate to meet demand. $100 incidental fee is rediculous and won't be refunded for 3-5 days. What incidentals can even be charged. No long distance calls, no room service, so why a pending fee. At most it should be more like $25.
