Lobby was a little tired and could do with some refurbishing. Lots of shopping in the immediate area. Parque del Retiro and Thyssen and Prado museums are walking distance away. The neighborhood where the hotel is located has many retail shops, easy access to metro, bus and taxis, but it is not big on charm or history."
