The location was a five minute walk to the beach with lovely beach side restaurants but also restaurant choices nearby! "We had one of the suites. It overlooked the beach. The patio area was great especially in the afternoon with the shade. Steps from the beach. Great restaurants right now stairs. "

"The hotel was everything we needed for our visit to Valencia. Parking was included, adequate although tight to negotiate the steep ramp. Lovely junior suite room at fair price, excellent breakfast buffet included. Situated a reasonable short walk to culture centre, commercial centre & good transport links- we could not have chosen better."

"We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc. If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so...
