The room was big, well equipped and the attached restaurant had great food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Easy walking to the Arts and Science Museums. You can't go wrong "

"We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc. If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so...
