The Valencia Palace Hotel is in a fantastic location, with beautiful views of the city and the Music Palace. It’s only about 7 minutes from Valencia’s historic center, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The brunch is amazing, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. A wonderful experience from beginning to end!

Lovely hotel and staff! Our room was spacious and had everything you need. The pool is a little small but enough for an occasional dip between site seeing. Staff made us feel very welcome for the 60th birthday we were celebrating.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed as a family in two adjacent rooms. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The pool was a bit of a disappointment since it didn’t seem to be very clean. We used it in the afternoons anyway. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were a bit hard but totally fine. The bathrooms were spacious and had anything you could need. The lotion and the conditioner were amazing, super quality.

8/10 Very good

Excellent standards of cleanliness and all the staff were equally excellent. Only minor gripes were the outside, rooftop pool being closed for maintenance until our departure day (the outdoor pool was one reason I chose this hotel) and the street noise as our 3rd floor room faced the street. Breakfast buffet was also good.
