Loved this hotel...the staff was so friendly and the property itself was beautful! The gardens and pool/beach were the perfect setting and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I really like Bophut beach....good water for swimming and on the quieter side..Fishermans Village is a short walk by beach or road and full of good shops and restaurants. Rooms are very nicely decorated and each with their own little patios...I knocked 1 star off the room as we would have preferred the bathroom area more...

I am blown away by the beauty and services I received at this resort. It is genuinely the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed, and everything I’d hoped for when I booked it. Remote. Jungly. Private. The grounds are stunning and service was impeccable. I got the best massage of my life here - the masseuse actually brushed my hair at the end which blew me away. Every aspect of the facility and our experiences there were outstanding. The only suggestion I would make is regarding dairy housekeeping. The staff are wonderful but they are provided with a broom rather than a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. The result is some accumulation of dust etc in the corners and remote areas of the room. Understanding that speed of turnover is important, but in light of the low cost and high availability of labor, hiring additional workers and purchasing vacuum cleaners...

Excellent stay and would return. Staff were so helpful providing tips and suggestions to make our stay better. Pool was beautiful; on site restaurant food was great as well as pool-side service. The view out to the ocean from the restaurant was magical. The Pandora Cafe, 7-11, and ATMs across the street were so good and convenient. Rooms were spacious and really appreciated the availability of filtered water.
