The staff was super kind and welcoming. The check in and check out process were quick and smooth. The hotel is perfectly located by a lot of restaurants, a mall, and lots of options for night life. The hotel decoration is a bit dated, but regardless everything was clean and well-kept. The room size was great. Loved having a couch in the room to hang out instead of being only on the bed. Make sure you go down for breakfast on time. We showed up 5 minutes after breakfast was over - due to the only...
By looking at the map, people know it is a great area. BUT THE STAFF ARE WHO ARE TRUELY AMAZING. Gloria and Carolina ( who work with rooms) are just amazing. Such wonderful ladies. So attentive and nice. The front desk are truly amazing as well. So flexible. So nice. Lizeth and the other two people that work at the front desk are amazing like all the staff there. A must stay in Bogota. Thank you to all of that made our stay amazing!!
My 2nd stay at this wonderful hotel - a home away from home. A car from the hotel was waiting for me at the airport. Carlos at the front desk remembered me from my stay back in March 2015. I was upgraded into the best suite in the house, with fresh flower arranagements as well as a balcony. The suite was clean and wonderfully maintained in freshness. My computer went down so Harold and Edwin (at the front desk) had an IT person work with them to fix it. The boardrooms are included in the...
Our stay at the hotel was an excellent one. The staff was very attentive during our visit. Breakfast was delicious and complete. Although breakfast is from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., our flight was at 4:00 am, they let us breakfast. Many thanks to that excellent staff!!!
In my humble opinion, it is well above the best five-star hotel destinations like New York, Los Angeles, Bogota or other destinations that have been fortunate to visit. It was a very memorable stay due to the selfless support of...
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I especially liked the Senorita that helped with our breakfast in the mornings, she was so sweet and remembered how we liked our eggs.
The neighborhood felt safe and there is a park across the street that usually has a lot of cute dogs
I would definitely recommend here and visit again.
I enjoy two hotels when I stay in Colombia (frequently) and this is one of them.
Decent neighborhood
Restaurants within a few blocks
Relatively close to airport
Friendly and efficient staff
Nice restaurant in hotel with super staff - Alvaro
(Tell him Señor Rourk sent you)
Very accommodating
Get rooms 502, 602, or 702
Enjoy!
The hotel staff is excellent, very helpful. I was first situated in a room that was noisy from construction next door (not the hotel's fault). I requested a more quiet room and was then relocated - very promptly and courteously - to a better room. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was fine, a sit-down meal where they will prepare and serve whatever you want (within reason, of course). An omelette with cheese, ham, mushrooms, and tomatoes? No problem. More coffee? Pronto.....
Our stay was excellent, the place was very clean and we had a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to have breakfast because he had to leave very early but breakfast was included. Also it’s a very quiet neighborhood and it seems very safe since me and my wife went out at night for a nice walk We will stay here again
Cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I arrived after midnight, and the lovely woman who attends the front desk at night made me lasagna and passion-fruit juice. The rooms are quaint. The value, like all things in Colombia, is extraordinary. This hotel would be $250/night in the US. The only thing to consider, and this is not a criticism or anything that can't be got-round with a taxi, is this: The hotel sits nearly at the top of a very steep incline. Colombians walk everywhere -...
