By looking at the map, people know it is a great area. BUT THE STAFF ARE WHO ARE TRUELY AMAZING. Gloria and Carolina ( who work with rooms) are just amazing. Such wonderful ladies. So attentive and nice. The front desk are truly amazing as well. So flexible. So nice. Lizeth and the other two people that work at the front desk are amazing like all the staff there. Cozy all-suites hotel in a very walkable and safe neighborhood. Quiet, cozy apartments with nice park and city views on the three upper floors. Comfy comforters and relatively warm rooms for those cold Bogota nights. Amazing internet speeds well above US standards! Plenty of free parking in a secure garage that is less cramped than most Bogota hotel garages. Beautiful views from the roof deck. Looking forward to staying again.
