"This place is so run down. Pluming is old and constantly backed up. Showers don’t drain, toilets don’t flash. Furniture is old and looks awful! Staff- just rude. I will never consider staying there. It was my third time and it’s getting worse from a few years ago."
"This is our go to place for staycations. The rooms are starting to show their age, but are cool, comfortable and quiet. Proximity to the mall is a huge bonus even if it means a run to the pharmacy.
While we received the expected kind and helpful welcome from the front desk staff, the restaurant/wait staff left a lot to be desired. Having a complete change of personnel does not excuse meals presented differently (lacking in ingredients) or even mistaken orders. Floor staff did not even have an apology or simple act of compensation. Thinking it was a one of, we ordered room service, which took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive (they warn expected time is max 45 mins) and the food was not up to their usual standards (burnt in places). All this honestly put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable and relaxing weekend. "
"This property is significantly overpriced. The staff were not friendly, and the place does not look like the photos posted online. During my stay, the bathroom, bed sheets, and several areas around the property were dirty and not well maintained. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking this place, as it did not meet expectations at all."
