Castello Di Monterone is a small castle that has outfitted into an 11-12 room hotel. Absolutely in love with this place!! We wanted a centered location to do day trips to small towns, this was it perfect! the decoration, was so so nice and clean. The best accommodations we've had in Italy. The rooms are so cute! The stone walls, brick ceiling, and chandelier... I felt like I woke up in a castle. The entire property is just beautiful!! It is off the beaten track on a small winding road from Orvieto so somewhat stressful to get there, but worth the effort! A lovely B&B just outside town. Free Parking and Wi-Fi. Our room was a nice size, as was the bathroom, and had everything we needed. We also had a balcony with a lovely view of the countryside. Our hostess, Isabella, was delightful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and information on visiting the city. We stayed a total of three nights. The rooms were large and comfortable! We were given an upgrade on the last night because it was my birthday. The location is excellent close to restaurants and the main piazza. Also close to the mini metro. We will be back

We stayed at the hotel for three nights in January. The hotel is beautiful, warm and comfortable. The service was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent, especially the pastries. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed using it and the sauna. We look forward to some day returning to the Sina Brufani.

The best part of staying at this hotel was the front desk clerk Anil. He brought and extra pillow ave a fan to help cool the room down. 2nd best was the beautiful rooftop pool with chairs to sit out ave enjoy the evening air. 3rd was the delicious dinner at the restaurant, the Cannaloni was amazing. Fun breakfast bar with so many options. Nice stay!

Nice rooms with fantastic staff. The location is at the edge of town so the traveler will need to drive a bit past what appears to be the center of the town.

My room (8) was small but I was pretty comfortable. The elevator made moving luggage easier. I received a fresh towel and a made bed quickly every day. The shower was small but had hot water and good pressure. I had brought my own washcloth, shampoo and conditioner which I recommend. They do supply body wash. Breakfast was very nice with hard boiled eggs, sliced cheese, meat, yogurt and fruit. If you like a hard mattress you will love the bed - me, not so much. I really felt welcome for the two...

We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. This hotel offers very good value and is in a good location.

The staff was amazing. The room was lovely with a patio balcony where we were able to have snacks and drinks. Breakfast of a cornetto and cappuccino for 4 € can’t be beat. The staff deserve 10 stars!! Note … stairs- it is Italy.
