They helped us everyday to catch a DiDi, we had an issue with our wechat, so they helped us with taxi service everyday. The room is very beautiful with stunning views, the service is fantastic with Le Labo products in the room and the rooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed looking at the Canton river view and tower...

"I stay at this hotel for business especially when the Canton Fair is going on because they hotel free shuttle service that goes back and forth from the hotel to the fair. This the location is excellent it is surrounded by restaurants and shopping centers plus a quick walk to the US consulate if ever needed as well as the river."

"Most excellent, but strange smell coming out from water drain specially in the toilet must have not been installed “trap” to eliminate sewer odour coming back, miscommunications between your co and Vehicle that we hired they dropped us at the wrong hotel , luckily not far. I have experienced lot better organised hotels where the transport to the exhibition was far greater than at jumerayah"
