"We had the most amazing 2nts at the St Regis and the experience started as soon as we stepped in to the property. The bell staff were excellent. Jeffrey was outstanding. Every time we left and came back they greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm. Check in was efficient and we met the General Manager Stuart whose warmth and generosity left us overwhelmed.
