Our stay at the St. Regis in Macau was spectacular. The attention to detail and the awesome staff from the moment we walked in was great. The location is very convenient for shopping or walking around. You can easily get transportation in the front to anywhere in Macau. We had the most amazing 2nts at the St Regis and the experience started as soon as we stepped in to the property. The bell staff were excellent. Jeffrey was outstanding. Every time we left and came back they greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm. Check in was efficient and we met the General Manager Stuart whose warmth and generosity left us overwhelmed. We were treated to a suite upgrade and my son was given the opportunity of performing saberage. The St Regis Bar was another exceptional experience and Mews was next level. The butler service - Eric was super helpful. The beautiful decor and flowers in the hotel was just out of this world. Breakfast was varied and well served. The concierge was knowledgeable and so efficient in arranging our tickets. We’ll definitely be back
