El hotel muy lindo, muchas actividades a diario y la comida muy rica. Sin embargo, el hotel está demasiado atrás en la tecnología. El check in muy lento y hay que firmar demasiados papeles (siendo un hotel ecológico). Necesitan más procedimientos electrónicos y resumir la información. Para hacer reservaciones en los restaurantes teníamos que pasar 1 hora haciendo una fila en la recepción. Nadie quiere perder 1 hora en vacaciones haciendo fila para poder comer. Una vez haces la reserva te dan un ticket que hay que entregar en cada restaurante… más papel, super arcaico. Estamos en el 2026, necesitan más métodos tecnológicos.
Continuando con el tema de las reservaciones. Llegamos un domingo, lunes fuimos por reservaciones para toda la estadía y ya no había nada para lunes o martes. O sea, de 5 noches solo pudimos disfrutar dos noches de los restaurantes. Nos decían que no había disponibilidad sin embargo, cuando pasábamos por los restaurantes estaban vacíos. En todo momento nos decían lo dificil que era acomodas a 15 personas… entonces no son un hotel apto para familias??
En adición a todo esto, a la hora del checkout estuve esperando un maletero por 20 minutos y que nunca llegó. Al llamar a front desk la excusa fue “que solo hay un maletero”, cosas que no es culpa de nosotros los huéspedes. Deben actuar con mas sentido de urgencia.
En fin, el hotel y las facilidades muy buenas. Sin embargo, el servicio necesita muchisimo trabajo administrativo."
"The room was clean, everything physically was pretty. The pools and waterside looked nice. There was activities for kids. The staff was so weird. They seemed annoyed for even ordering part of the all-inclusive menu or drinks. Different staff gave different information about the things we asked, there was no consistency in their answers. The “snack bar” is a sports bar and the food was terrible while the lady along with some of the other employees that were there at nights serving 6/01/2026 - 6/03/2026 gave the worst service I’ve ever seen. Never again."

"Unfortunately, the elevator broke half way through our stay. It appeared to be the only one in the hotel. As someone who has a bad knee it was very difficult to go up and down several flights of stairs all day. Also, didn’t like that there were only ladders to get in the pool. Several elderly people at this resort and watched many of them struggle getting in and out. The food was fantastic and the room was clean."
"The pool quite frankly was disgusting and in severe disrepair. Several members of our party got sick from the seafood restaurant on site. Service at check in and check out was slow and staff was not rude but also not courteous to weary travelers.
I was really excited about this trip and expected a great experience. Needless to say we were really disappointed. I think there are a lot of options in Cancun and I would not recommend this one."
