"The upgrade to Serenity club is truly the game changer for this resort. Two breakfast restaurants just for club (plus buffet for all), separate club beach and pool with club lunch snacks, club lunch restaurant and a dinner show for club only. Plus club check in, club bar and club lounge along with club butler. If you don’t do club level here you can still have a fine experience but almost half the resort will be off limits. In addition we splurged for an ocean front swim out suite and it was worth every penny! This is the best bang for your buck resort for AO AI in Mexico hands down. Excellent food, service and pools. Loved it!😍"

"They have bowling, trampoline and game that were advertised and there was a charge for all of these. Had a nice room but the ceiling in the shower was leaking water or drain water from the room above and it took three day to have them come look st it and finally they movef us into another room with a ocean view, the tv didn't work in the unit. They fixed it. No trash can and they brought one. The deck only had one chair and they brought one. I lost a night of entertainment because of the room change. The staff was great."
