"The location is good because everything is walkable to most places we want to go. To get to the other side of Cross, the gelato bridge is about a 28-minute walk from the hotel. It's also easy to get a taxi around the hotel. If there is no traffic, taking a taxi to your destination is reasonably priced, but make sure to run the meter and not agree to a flat rate. They can overcharge you by 200-300 lira."

"🌟 Unforgettable Stay – We Felt Like Family! Review Score: 4/5 We just returned from our family trip to Istanbul, and the absolute best part of this hotel was the phenomenal staff. The entire reception team was amazing, but we want to give a special mention to Eyup. His service was absolutely phenomenal, and he went completely above and beyond for us. By the end of our stay, the whole team felt like family, and they made us feel like a part of theirs. We stayed in a top-floor air conditioned apartment with very good accommodation and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooms were reasonably clean for the local standard, though the hotel itself felt a little undermaintained in places. If you want a comfortable stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place. We would love to return in a heartbeat just to see our new family again!"
