I arrived just three minutes after the breakfast buffet had closed, but the Customer Relations Manager kindly asked the kitchen to prepare a delicious breakfast plate for me despite my being late. It was a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!"

"The location is good because everything is walkable to most places we want to go. To get to the other side of Cross, the gelato bridge is about a 28-minute walk from the hotel. It's also easy to get a taxi around the hotel. If there is no traffic, taking a taxi to your destination is reasonably priced, but make sure to run the meter and not agree to a flat rate. They can overcharge you by 200-300 lira."
