The first room we got was a disaster, not cleaned and no view. The second room was ok though the toilet didn't flush and the aircondition didn't work. Most of the staff were not very friendly, didn't even look up or said hello when we got back to the hotel. Bad breakfast. But very good location of the hotel, near restaurants, shops and so on.

The hotel entrance looks nice, but that’s where the good impression ends. I checked in yesterday, and the room was absolutely filthy. It looked like a complete mess, and the bed sheets hadn’t even been changed. They moved me to another room, but that one wasn’t any better. There were no towels, the toilet paper had already been used, and the room was not clean at all. The blanket had no cover and smelled terrible. This morning, I was about to take a shower, but the bidet sprayer next to the toilet was broken, causing water to flood the entire bathroom and room. At that point, I’d had enough and just left. I had to deal with so many problems for just a one-night stay. It was an absolutely terrible experience, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

This property Location is very nice. This Room which we selected we got the same Room. Manager and And Staff is very Good person. Nearly my stay in half price. Near about hotels are very expensive. What I paid I get Triple. Only Brakefast have Limitid option but its ok for me. I was stay with my family everything was nice.

Bonjour, Je me permets de vous contacter au sujet de ma réservation à l’hôtel MONOPOL à Istanbul pour les nuits des 3 et 4 août 2026, via votre site. Il s’agissait de ma première réservation effectuée sur votre plateforme. Malheureusement, je suis extrêmement déçu par cette expérience. L’état réel de l’hôtel ne correspond absolument pas aux photos ni à la description figurant sur votre site. J’ai constaté les problèmes suivants: 1.La salle de bain est très vétuste: les joints sont noircis, abîmés et, à plusieurs endroits, totalement absents. L’étagère en verre située sous le miroir est instable et fissurée à plusieurs endroits. Elle bouge fortement et constitue un réel danger, notamment pour les enfants 2.La cuvette des toilettes est rouillée, avec de nombreuses traces de corrosion autour des sanitaires, et la chasse d’eau fuit en permanence 3.La porte de la baignoire est cassée. La baignoire est sale et se trouve face à une bouche d’aération entièrement ouverte. De plus, le débit d’eau est extrêmement faible 4.Les matelas sont sales sur les côtés, avec de nombreuses taches visibles 5.Les lampes présentent d’importantes traces d’humidité et de saleté 6.La climatisation est sale, détériorée et particulièrement bruyante lorsqu’elle fonctionne 7.À l’entrée de la chambre, le plafonnier est endommagé: une partie de son verre est manquante, laissant l’ampoule apparente, ce qui représente un risque pour la sécurité 8Les vitres sont sales,Les cadres qui sont encrassés,mal entretenus

Kıbrıstan grup olarak geldik 4 farklı oda tuttuk. Aramızdan bir kız arkadaşımızın yatağında ve yastığında lekeler vardı. Banyo temiz değildi ve rezervasyonunu iptal edip başka bir hotel bulmak zorunda kaldı. Benim kaldığım odada yatak şiltesi içine çöküktü. Sırt üstü yattığımda kalçam yatağın içine gönülüyordu. Banyoda düş jeli, şanpuan hiçbişey yoktu. Klima kumandası verilmedi. İstediğimde sebep olarak kışın müşterilere klima kumandası vermiyoruz dendi. Fakat odalarda klima olduğu yazıyordu rezervasyon yaparken. 5 kişilik suit oda tuttum. Oda fiyatını onagöre ödedim. Rezervasyon yaparken 1 king boy yatak 1 normal yatak 1 çekyat olacağı yazıyordu. Bizde sadece bir tane çift kişilik çok kötü halde yatak vardı. Bir daha gitmem gidene de tabsiye etmem
