Stayed here for one week and enjoyed it. The hotel is on a fairly busy beach in Stone Town. Breakfast was excellent, dinners were sometimes good and sometimes not but the salad bar was great. Loved our stay at the tempo b&b! The staff was amazing, especially the two men that helped us with our bags to the room. The dining room is right on the beach so you can have your breakfast staring out at the ocean. Wonderful staff that were helpful and accommodating in many ways. I needed to store my luggage for a few extra days and they graciously agreed and it was kept safe. No elevator, but the porters were so helpful during check-in/out that it wasn’t a problem. The breakfast area, pool and beach were beautiful and overall this was a very convenient location. Room was huge and clean with adjustable air conditioning. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Beautiful clean and modern hotel. Right at the airport. Staff very kind and work hard. Food was delicious but some of the servers could use a little more training but they were very pleasant. Downside is they only provide 1 key card this can be an inconvenience if you’re traveling with someone who remains in the room. In the old Stonetown, very easy to get lost in this old town but we were very close to beach so found it a bit easier to get back to the hotel. Great restaurant on top where we ate on arrival at night and turned out to be the best of all the places we ate afterwards. Beds were comfy, good international TV, bathroom and shower very nice. We had no view at all so understand we should have asked for upper floors but did not spend much time in the room
