"We were allocated Compass Point 4 which was a one bedroom apartment style property. It was so cool because the property came with a golf buggy which we picked up at the airport. The accommodation was on a hill with beautiful sunset views. It was spacious and clean and contained a BBQ and kitchen which made cooking in very easy. I highly recommend booking these little apartments for a couples getaway. We could also use the commone resort pools at Catseye Beach which was very refreshing. And also...
"Beautiful! I highly recommend this resort and the area to stay in ...a 10 minute drive to the busy Airlie beach town cntre. So quiet and so private and the villa was simply luxurious!!! Our villa was virtually on the board walk so the vista to the water was amazing. We could have stayed on our deck enjoying the accommodation for our entire stay! The private pool on our deck was very secluded but very cold water( as all the pools on th complex were...)Probaby ok mid summer but being september...
"Fabulous 4 night trip to Hayman. Just the most beautiful scenery and grounds and a very friendly staff. We enjoyed the excursions snorkeling and seeing Whitehaven Beach. We initially had a lagoon room which we didn’t love so we upgraded to a second floor room overlooking the pool. They were very accommodating. Used the gym and ate at all the restaurants. We also enjoyed the great acoustic guitar player each night. "
"A great location and the buggy was great to get around the island. The oven/ grill did not work and the place seemed a bit tired needing a few repairs. Overall we had a good stay as a family of 4."
"Would stay here again. Located at the beginning of the boardwalk into the heart of Airlie, supermarket within walking distance too. Kids loved the pool, we enjoyed having meals served poolside and the buffet breakfast had a lot on offer. Was excellent for gluten free too.
Staff were lovely and added to the positive vibe around the place.

"For a budget stay, this was a great hostel. We booked a cabin which had its own ensuite. Feels like you are staying in a rainforest, the trees and outside area are lovely.
