"There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. "

"The location of this property is great. Walking distance to great food and shopping. The beds are super comfortable. We stayed in the second suite, there is a long steep stair well to get up to your suite, so if stairs are not a good thing for you, stay in the lower suite. The staff was very helpful when we need assistance. Will stay here again."

"Very cute place to stay. Elevator is is a classic. Went to concert at Budweiser stage and was walking distance. Thirty minute walk. Transit service right outside hotel as well. Check in was very easy and workers were very polite. Would stay again!"

"Perfectly equipped unit with 2 bedrooms and a huge balcony with a view of Toronto. I sent my daughter for her 19th birthday and it was a hit! They even set up a balloon with a hand written note and snacks. Very very thoughtful! I would 100% choose to stay here for my next Toronto visit. "

"We booked this hotel for 3 nights as a couple traveling with a 8 month old baby. Let me just say that it has been an amazing experience all around. The room itself is like a work of art but we also appreciated the sound proof wall and the blackout curtain. The baby slept like a charm each night! The breakfast at the Sakura lounge was wonderful and the staff was so kind to us and the baby, even offering her plain yogurt which was such a nice gesture. "I was so impressed with our stay there. The parking was so easy with an elevator right up to the lobby. We arrived early for our event and were so lucky to be able to check in early! The heated floor in the bathroom and large tub was so relaxing. We received free water bottles before bed. The staff was so friendly and our stay was amazing! Would definitely go back!"
