"Ideal quiet location, room was spotless and cleaned daily. Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Used the restaurant most night, food and service great. Buffet style breakfast was great."
"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient, near a tram stop and it takes 15 minutes to get to the centre. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Thank you very much, I hope to be back!"
"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Krakow during a trip with my sister, and the whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, giving us the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and every detail felt thoughtfully looked after. Staying here...

Why not give yourself a treat with a trip to Centrum Kultury Dworek Bialopradnicki, one of the family attractions located 2.1 mi (3.4 km) from central Kraków. Hotels.com travelers also like the cathedral, churches, and museums in the area. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If you have fun at Centrum Kultury Dworek Bialopradnicki, you'll love Park Wodny and International Cultural Centre, both located nearby.
My wife and I visited Poland for 2 weeks this September (2016). One of our stops was Krakow, where we stayed for 5 days in this beautiful hotel (Kosciuszko). The hotel was immaculate. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodations were exquisite (our room was incredible and featured the softest and most comfortable bed in Poland), A++++ food (world class-best food I have ever had at a hotel), a casino downstairs, and was a mere 10 minutes away from Old Town.

Very nice place to stay. I will recommended to friends &family.
Front desk very respectful attendance.
Very good food, fresh and good quality.
I stay with pleasure in this hotel.
As I arrived at Q Hotel, I realized that I had dropped my phone in the Uber that took me there. The front desk staff was so helpful. They spent an hour helping me to phone my telephone so that we could ask the Uber driver to come back. In the end it all worked out well.
I recommend this hotel, as it is clean and bright. But mostly, I recommend this hotel because the staff are helpful, kind and patient.
If you need an amazing hotel for a night before your flight, this is the place! Modern looking rooms, spatious, awesome! Also, the dinner was amazing: you could enjoy Polish dishes with a great chef touch -- simply delicious! And breakfest was very tasty too (free, included with the price) -- great selection.
Super convenient to arrive to by train from the city and be in your room in 10 minutes, and equally extremely easy and time-saving to get to airport in the early morning.
The Golden Queen greatly exceeded my expectations for such a reasonable price. It was a beautiful room with two floors and a large tub. The staff was very helpful. They helped me find a rental car last minute. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff were great. Very polite and always helpful. The gym is perfect for keeping up with your workouts. The rooms are super clean along with the rest of the property.
Big disappointment of reception staff about the trip to salt mine booked at reception.
No one at the hotel did not turn our attention to the tickets was at reception and payment therefore, also the driver didn't ask for tickets or any ID.
At the mine a reddish girl represented as the company guide asked us to pay 300 pln each couple - so we did!
Also she knows we are from Kossak hotel she takes the money without giving us any receipt (We were in group 4)
Then the reception staff asked us to...
The management and staff at Hotel Copernicus are superb. They are skilled, friendly and eager to help all guests. I felt particularly welcomed, because they all remembered me from my stay there last year. Their friendliness is genuine and heartwarming.
My return to Krakow after 20 years was made complete by the fully professional, helpful and kind staff at Hotel Senacki. The location is ideal (just three blocks from the town square - i.e. guiet). Church bells, singing or performing musicians and horse hoofs are all that you'll hear if you choose to open the window and let the world into your very comfortable and spacious room. The street is pedestrian only - no cars allowed! - a plus, plus.
(taxis get you to the door as needed,...
