"The room was very small and not as shown in the photos. Not worth the high amount we paid for the room. We had dinner at 4 Ducks restaurant in the hotel. Four of us went. One of our guests does not eat fish so there were only 2 options on the menu she could order. $40 for a small bowl of pasta. The services in the restaurant, Bellman and front desk reception were all very polite courteous. We were disappointed in this property. "

"Concernant le coin piscine et bain à remous, je ne considère pas cela comme un spa. Énormément de familles et d'enfants donc ce n'est pas un endroit relaxant. Le dejeuner était très bon! Les chambres sont magnifiques. Le gym bien équipé. Le personnel est très sympathique."

"Checking in procedures listed on booking are too unclear, causing me to spend lots of time in the middle of the snowstorm night when the host was in the property all along.
Simplest way is just list the phone number. Have guests call the number."

"Cleanliness could improve (bed sheet stain, toothpaste splashes on the bathroom faucet, pink mold in shower and smudges on windows)
Breakfast was decent. Eggs, breads, croissant, cereal and fruit.
Coffee and tea served all day in the lobby was a plus!
Employees were helpful and amenities were nice. Beds were comfy. We were on the 2nd floor and there arent elevators or parking near so anyone with mobility issues be cautious. The hotel is in a great location, half way between the town and Mt Sutton "
