Perfect

This was an absolutely stunning property. The location, the views, the property itself, the breakfasts and the service were all 5 star. One of the best properties that I have ever stayed at. Only drawback some may find is that it is a bit out of the way - but with dinner transportation to the CBD and waterfront included and a distance of only 10 minutes.

I cannot praise the staff enough. The personal care that Edna gave was amazing! From the cleanliness of the property to the made to order hot breakfast, this hotel is a winner. Anyone staying in Cape Town, treat yourself

Fabulous guest house with an amazing staff and beautifully decorated. Attention was given to every detail and we were made to feel like family. Everything was spot on. Thank you Luca and team for such a lovely visit

What an amazing experience. Despite our fluctuating schedule requirements, Ciska was fabulously responsive. Upper floor rooms, seaside and Table Mountain side were fabulous. We will definitely be bacjk!

The hotel staff went above and beyond helping us, even after we checked out and had to make it to the airport for a late flight. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel, though the V&A area is a bit of a hike - took us about 25 minutes. Breakfast is delicious.

The staff was great. I can’t say enough good things about them.

stayed here for three nights as part of a bucket list trip to south africa, great base for exploring capetown, up the hill on trendy kloof st. Lovely converted mansion, super comfortable room. Awesome individually cooked breakfasts. Walkable in day time to waterfront area. Several great hip restaurants around nd the corner, in particular Black Sheep cafe where we ate several times. Easy uber pickups. Near the gardens and museums.

Homely, comfortable boutique hotel in the heart of Cape Town. Very interesting multilevel architecture. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms feel like home. Clean. Bed comfortable. Hot water with a rainfall shower. Private time at dry sauna can be booked by reservation at the front desk. Location is good. Walkable to restaurants and places. Minutes from Bo Kaap, Table Mountain, Lion’s head, V&A waterfront. Secure onsite parking for a small additional daily charge (or can park in the street)....

The staff at this hotel I can't find enough great things to say about them! This will be my go to hotel anytime I visit Cape Town in the future! All of them provided excellent customer service.

KLM fed me some poisoned breakfast on the 2nd leg of a 3-legged dog, 32 hour journey here, leaving me vomiting from both ends on the flight from AMS to CPT. This gave me the perfect excuse to do what I came here to do - absolutely nothing. I'm going into day 3 of a 4 day stay and have only left the hotel once to get anti-acid from the store down the street. I just wanted to come here to say I went to Africa. I dont want to annoy a lion or try to bury some white guilt in visiting Nelson Mandela's...
