The Grand, York
10/10 Excellent
"Great Breakfast"
The Churchill Hotel
8/10 Good
"Nice hotel. Great ambiance in the lounge, dining room and patio. Room was very hot and the bathroom smelled of stale urine. Carpet in our room old and noted several bugs running across the floor during our stay."
Malmaison York
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely Hotel. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again."
The Milner York
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing place to stay excellent.friendly staff very helpful also the sauna, steam room and pool and gym a added bonus. The grounds was superb good value for money has a frequent visitor to York will def go back to Milner.so many diffrent places to sit and relax. Amazing,Amazing breakfast 10/10 x"
Burn Hall Hotel
8/10 Good
"Lovely hotel, rooms a bit old fashioned but very clean and exceptionally good value for what we paid. We didn’t partake in breakfast or dinner as we had friends staying nearby and we ate out with them but we did purchase teas and coffees which were good. We will definitely be visiting again soon!"
Hampton by Hilton York
10/10 Excellent
"We always choose to stay at The Hampton by Hilton when we visit cities and as we visit York twice a year its our first choice of where to stay. The Hotel is well placed for all of York attractions and meets all our needs and more."
Radisson Hotel York
8/10 Good
"The hotel is very well situated from the station and town centre. Breakfast was very good. Standard room was ok quite small although king bed. Our only complaint was it was so noisy from the street, shouting in the night and the refuse lorry came every morning at 5am so if we stayed again we would ask for a room overlooking the river side not the street. The hotel should look at visitors who are staying more than one night and offer rooms accordingly we stayed 3 nights and should have asked to be moved."
The Knaresborough Inn - The Inn Collection Group
8/10 Good
"A lovely welcome at check-in, followed by a good night stay. Convenient hotel with easy walk to Knaresborough. The only chaotic bit was breafast. 2 staff members running around and we're quite abrupt with guests (and myself included). Next time, I'd probably skip breakfast and go up the road to a cafe!"
The Crown Hotel, Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire
8/10 Good
"Always have a lovely stay at the Crown. The breakfast cooked to order is lovely. All of the different sitting areas in the hotel are quirky and well furnished to sit for a drink/coffee or just for a chat, or you can help complete the current jigsaw that is on the go. The pool etc is good and if you choose to forgo your room clean they leave additional supplies in a paper bag on the handle of your door so you don't go short of tea/coffee etc. The bathrooms are a bit dated but very clean with nice toiletries The staff were all lovely and accommodating"
