Hotels in Olaias

Absolutely love this place, the people, and the location. You walk down a nice hill from the airport to get there! Where else would you want?

close to airport great breakfast buffet early in the morning

I loved my stay, everything was perfect. If you want quiet might not be the place for you as it’s right next to a fire department, you hear lots of alarms, I didn’t mind it at all although some might.

ESPECTAKULAR

We stayed for 2 days after our cruise. We arrive early. Front desk was welcoming and offered us an available room. We declined and said we’d wait for our reserved room on the upper floor. We toured Lisbon and returned to Lumen in the mid afternoon. Here’s when the service was exceptional. Front desk was friendly; offered us breakfast at 10 euros and a 30% restaurant discount. The bell boy took our luggage up, explained the various room switches, offered to get us extra coffee/tea/water. The...

Great staff, clean, beautiful, convenient to the airport with free shuttle.

Great location! Close to shopping, restaurants and right in the heart of Lisbon

The service was excellent, the staff was extremely helpful.

It was a fantastic hotel. The location can't be better and the hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. We could walk around the old Alfama area. We also got tips form the hotel reception. We had a early check out and the hotel staffs arranged breakfast box for us. Would certainly recommend this hotel for everyone.

As soon you leave the hotel everyone warn about safety, be careful and where if safer to dine, visit and walk around

This hotel is located right in the train station. You have to go the water side outside to get to it or as you come out but still in main station left and on your left is a lobby waiting room with nice furniture, go thru to front desk behind the double doors. This place is right above the train statopmbut we heard nothing!!! It was quiet, cleam and the staff especially front desk and bell people, are all super nice. There is construction going on but we were able to walk to some neat places....

I thought it would be just coffee and pastries in the morning, but it was a good full breakfast 👍

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and service was great. Our plane was delayed and we arrived a few minutes before the restaurant closed. Front desk kept our luggage and send us to the restaurant and they still let us order 3 minutes before closing. Food was great.

This is a wonderful, well presented property. Mix or modern with nature. Top class service, staff and amenities. A truly relaxing and pleasant experience!

this hotel was perfect in every way , excellent location very clean and modern rooms in a 300 year old building . our room looked over a very busy street with a view of the famous arch . the street lined with restaurants was noisy with the window open but once closed we could not hear anything . very nice breakfast and the front desk people were very helpful and freindly . will stay here next visit

Very classy and comfortable hotel. The staff was excellent, particularly the Guest Service Manager Pedro Falcao.

The hotel was in an ok spot between subway stations and close to the Oriente amenities. The property is nice with a south facing garden and sitting area. Breakfast was excellent with good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, and most anything you would want except eggs. We were impressed by the automatic pancake maker which was much cleaner than what you see in the US. The shower was a little awkward with just shampoo and gel soap locked next to the sink. We actually stayed here twice when...

clean, staff very helpful, front desk open 24/7
