What makes the difference is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Admittedly the fist impression was a bit off. We typically stay in major chain hotels and our initial impression was that the location would not workout for us. However this quickly faded and our stay was quite pleasant. Though the facilities are older and show signs of wear the cleaning staff was top notch!

We had the most wonderful stay. The Hotel is exceptional with fine interior design and art along with all the luxurious amenities. We stayed in a room with the most beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend getting a room with a view. Our Breakfast and dinners were delicious, our room was spotless and pristine, the spa was super relaxing and the staff were Top Notch. We had the best time and recommend this beautiful hotel to others to enjoy.
The location is a quiet cul-de-sac. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned with a somewhat decent view. Breakfast was plentiful with adequate variety. Dinner was limited at this time due to COVID restrictions but fine for me. The staf was helpful and friendly. you could tell this was a family establishment.

This is a beautiful hotel with a full delicious breakfast buffet of hot foods and ham, cheeses, etc. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and it’s located on the waterfront. Short stroll down the ramp from the main buses and trains. Host brought us to door just down the block and showed us to our little apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped; even a dishwasher.
