"Great hotel when using airport at Seoul. Impressive architecture, very well equipped rooms, superb breakfast buffet. Good transfer service to airport. Restaurant is expensive but food is good."

"The airport shuttle bus from Incheon Airport to the Grand Hyatt was very useful. Had trouble finding where the bus was, no signs at the airport and had to ask several staff members before we eventually found it. The hotel is very impressive. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The whole atmosphere is very pleasant. We had an evening meal and breakfast during our one night stay, both were absolutely delicious! Our room was very comfortable and clean. Very happy. Only wished we could...

Helping me with my check in and understanding the Incheon transit cards. Not IF, but WHEN i am back in Korea, i will be sure to stay here again. I recommend you do, too! 😊"

"This was our last stop before flying home to Singapore - Hotel Ora provided proximity to Incheon airport, Inspire Mall & Eulwangi Beach - a comfortable location to enjoy last minute pleasures that Korea had to offer."

"We stayed at the transit hotel overnight on our way to China. It was such a great choice! The rooms were quiet and clean and comfortable. They were a perfect place to get some rest and feel refreshed before making our arrival into China. The location of the hotel is near a food court and there's also access to many nearby stores and food, so we could convileniently walk around the terminal. We will be staying there again on our way back home to the U.S. Looking forward to it!"

"Amazing resort, super luxurious at an amazing price! Ivy was so great during check in and we got upgraded!! A nice way to relax on your last day before flying home!!"
