"Great hôtel , Nice location in Incheon . Lovely place with Paradise City nearby. Great staff . Clean room."

"The airport shuttle bus from Incheon Airport to the Grand Hyatt was very useful. Had trouble finding where the bus was, no signs at the airport and had to ask several staff members before we eventually found it. The hotel is very impressive. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The whole atmosphere is very pleasant. We had an evening meal and breakfast during our one night stay, both were absolutely delicious! Our room was very comfortable and clean. Very happy. Only wished we could...

"Love that you can spend the whole day at the lazy pool. The shopping was a bit high-end. The food was amazing and like that they offer a variety. Hotel room was okay, expected a more luxurious feeling."

"It is clean and closed to cafes and restaurant close to metro station. Was very relaxing and quiet . It great way to experience Korean culture without noise of big city like Seoul. "

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff super helpful. Was a great spot for our short trip in Seoul."

"We arrived early, staff held our bags for us and even had them in our room for us when we returned. Very wonderful room and staff. Hotel is located in a great location so that it is very close to the sites and food, but just off the main street so that you don't have to hear all the nightlife. Room was great with entire wall set up for movies. Not much of a breakfast, but if you're not eating in Chinatown.... would recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved our short stay here! The best bathroom and bidet toilet ever! The owner called for a taxi for us that was cheaper than an Uber to get us to the airport. The area had many restaurants to enjoy and we took advantage of them. Highly recommend!"

"Quiet place. Clean room, kitchen and washer available. A distance away from the metro station. Food options available nearby."
