"Parts of the hotel had not yet opened, a restaurant a bar etc The water activities were also not offering the boat ride yet. The rooms basic the television had no apps and not working twice during the stay, definitely not a 5 star. The room surfaces were not cleaned as nothing was ever moved and bedding not changed frequently even when a drink was spilled accidentally it was left dirty for the next night The a la carte Greek restaurant was good and friendly the Italian lacked flavour and...

"Nice hotel, with good value for money, with a really great pool. The pool is big and there are enough loungers around it. I was there for 2 nights, just before having to leave Crete, and I didn't know this area before, but it was only about 15 minutes from Heraklion airport, so quite convenient. Also, the breakfast was good but ends at 10am, a bit early. It's more or less the last hotel on a a wide stretch of beach

"Personnel au top, complexe très bien entretenu et très propre. Chambre un peu vieillissante mais correcte, terrasse assez spacieuse. Hôtel à 7 km du centre d'heraklion, accolé à une belle plage privée avec transats. Repas : petit dej très correct, beaucoup de choix (sucré / salé), déjeuner et dîner : pas mal de choix mais souvent la même chose. Transport en commun toutes les 20 mn pour aller au centre d'heraklion. Pour visiter les autres villes, voiture obligatoire, pour visiter les autres îles,...
