"It’s a clean hotel and stuff are kind and helpful however we got a room where the shower drain was blocked 2 times and we had to call them multiple times to come and fix it. the water was flouting. Also about the location. it showed on expedia that it’s 2 mins walk from dubai mall but in fact it’s far 10mins by car which is a false advertisement"

"Everything at the property was great - convenient location (3min from airport), clean, easy check-in and friendly staff. Only negative was that no one responded to any of our three messages on the Hotel.com 'contact the property' messenger, so no one received our request for a shuttle to and from the airport. I suggest contacting them directly if you need to get in touch."

"I stayed only for few hours. I have waited for an hour for the airport shuttle but no shuttle turned up. It was the other hotel shuttle kindly took me because he had returned twice and saw me still waiting. Spoke to the front desk and said you should have called. But none of this information has been said about calling in my booking. "
