"When it comes to customer service, WOW! They really make sure their guests are taken care of. I originally had a two night stay booked but got held up in Lublin. A Polish friend of mine contacted the hotel, spoke with someone and they kindly said no problem, just to let them know when I would be arriving. "Very nice and immaculately clean. Bed was so comfy i did not wanna get up 😊😊 sofa bed however wasn't too comfy for my 2 teenagers. You can see the Palace of Culture and Science from the balcony. Lovely touch is having a night guard in a building downstairs. Lovely restaurants nearby. Great late night supermarkets round a corner. Honestly i will definitely happily come back to this apartment.
