This place is in very good location. It is modern apartment. The only thing could have be better was explanation how to get to the right elevator as the entrance is through other hotel. But once you in is ok. Contact with Wola is very good. They respond very quickly to any queries or questions.

First of all, everything in the room was thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest detail. Absolutely everything you might need was available. It was very clean and the space was more than sufficient. The customer service was excellent and professional; they responded quickly to every request. During our stay, we purchased a 3-day public transportation pass and we were able to easily reach everywhere from the apartment. The room was very quiet. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. If I come again, I would definitely stay here again. Many thanks.

In overall reaaly nice place, fully equipped and localisation is great. There is one tiny minus which you can notice only during the cold weather: bathroom is really cold but if yoy put hot water on for few minutes is fine. I can highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Les appartements se trouvent dans l’hôtel Leonardo et l’entré se fait juste à côté de l’entrée de cet hôtel. Les deux entrées communiquent, des ascenseurs sont réservés pour master et d’autres pour les étages de l’hôtel. J’ai adoré les appartements car ils sont propres et magnifiquement décoré tout en simplicité mais avec le haut de gamme dans tous les domaines. Il y a un service de conciergerie autonome pour vos bagages au 17ieme étage et cela est super pratique. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Nossa estadia foi fantástica! A acomodação faz o que se propõe: faz você se sentir em casa! Não há contato com nenhum funcionários mas as respostas do WhatsApp são rápidas. Há uma cozinha completamente equipada, com utensílios, cafeteira de cápsulas, um forno multiuso que funciona como convencional, microondas, ayrfrier, grill, um cooktop, geladeira, torradeira, panelas. Nos quartos há extras de cobertores e travesseiros. No banheiro há sabão líquido, shampoo, condicionador, secador de cabelo. As camas são muito confortáveis, inclusive o sofá cama. Os chuveiros são muito bons. O apartamento é um luxo e tudo nele é bastante novo. Existe uma grande sala de lavanderia no 17 andar com uso livre onde há lavadoras e secadoras de uso profissional abertas 24h por dia. O sabão já é automático na máquina, não precisa levar nada. Os quartos não são arrumados, exceto se você for ficar por 7 dias hospedado, porém você pode deixar uma placa na porta pedindo que troquem os lixos. No nosso caso esqueceram de trocar o da suíte, mas tudo bem. Há disponível um serviço de limpeza que deve ser solicitado pelo whatsapp que deve ser agendado com 24h de antecedência, custa 40 euros com troca de lençóis ou 30 euros sem. Há uma academia e um bar no segundo andar mas infelizmente não fomos ver. Nos arredores há bastante mercados, farmácia e grandes opções de linhas de ônibus, além de uma estação de metrô a cerca de 5min de caminhada.
