Like a diamond in the rough - this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. They have thought of everything- so comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable!

Everything was perfect, cleanliness is top notch, staff is super helpful and friendly, Yehia is such a professional and nice guy. The hotel is super cozy and very central location!

Nice atmospheric hotel. Had the tone of Roman history with a painted ceiling in our room and some exposed brick. Breakfast was ok. Towels were unusual ,- very thin but still absorbent. Good location. And accommodating staff.

Beautiful place, clean specious rooms, great location. There were all needed amenities: laundry, dishwasher, hairdryer and etc. Highly recommend!

Good bnb for Florence with quiet location easily accessible to tour points. The actual hotel is up 3 flights of stairs...we didn’t know that in Italy ground floor is 0, not 1. So if you see "second floor" its actually 3. Totally fine for us but maybe not great if you have tons of luggage or are elderly. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all with the lodging.

We loved our stay here! The area was nice and quiet, but still had plenty to do and eat. The room was lovely, with gorgeous high ceilings.

Wonderful 2-night stay in Florence! My family and I were all comfortable staying in the room with 5 beds. Lots of hot water in the shower! The reception staff were all very friendly and helped me to figure out the best ways to get to different points of interest - by taxi and by tram. I would definitely recommend anyone spending time in Florence to stay at this amazing property!

Nice hotel in a good location. Everything is nearby just by walking. Excellent breakfast buffet.

I loved the lady that took care of the place was very helpful, and friendly. We got a lot of suggestions from her about where to go and where to eat, she also kept sparkling clean. The only negative was the the room was too simple and expensive.

Great place near easy to walk everywhere

Very happy we booked here! It was such a pleasant place to stay!! Was happily surprised by a few things: The apartment is on the Piazza Carmine where there is a lovely old church Santa Maria del Carmine with the Brancacci Chapel. Also about a half block away and to left of the church steps there is a laundry mat, and just across the street from this a small grocery store, and a few more strides away a family bakery/kitchen where we got sandwiches, pastries and lasagna — lovely generational...

Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence. The decor is so tasteful and all the artwork on the walls amazing. Beautifully renovated apartment with two big bathrooms and two bedrooms. The couch in the living room converted into a bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils needed. Perfect apartment. We will stay here again next time we visit Florence.
