"This hotel is in the center of Florence. You are able to get to all destinations by foot. If you have a rental car, you actually have to pull up in front and they will pick up the car and valet it for you. The only downside is my room didn’t have any air-conditioning so it was a little hot and stuffy at night besides that I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location very clean. Beautifully decorated. The bedding and bed were very comfortable. Super quiet. I stayed three nights and I don't think I heard more than five sounds the whole time I was there. I love this place. Will definitely come back."

"If you like traditional, charming, unique and personal touch, then this is your place. You are greeted by your name every time you enter the front door. They have staff taking care of all your needs. It’s nice to be away from the hyper modern non personal touch world for a few nights. I highly recommend !"

"Breakfast ok, not loads of choice, but good for price. Great location. Could walk everywhere and perfect if arriving to Florence by train. All staff were lovely and helpful. "

"Eggs were too wet, everything else great. At times air conditioning was on 23 but room was cold - seemed difficult to regulate Would be so nice if swimming pool was heated or if there was a hot tub"

"Bed was horrible. Mattress slips from top of the bed. We were not given one single matress"

"Staff was polite but not exactly friendly. Garden room was not what we expected. It’s just rooms on a terrace that you access by going outside. The only window is in the bathroom that is outdated and the plaster was cracked in the shower. The beds were pretty hard as well. "
