Coming from the states, we are so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a local hotel and not a big name hotel. This was perfect. The people who work here are so helpful. Hotel is in a good location near plenty of food. It can get a bit rowdy at night. Everything was clean and staff was fine. The main issue I had with the room was that the AC did not work well. I set it to 18C and it was ineffective.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprise with the overall appearance of the hotel. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. While we only spent 7 hours in the hotel, we were impressed with what we experienced. The staff spoke very good English, and they were very helpful and friendly, We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the Busan-Gimhae Airport. Location is great. But room is tiny.

Very helpful with late-night check-in. All was clean and tidy.

The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. Housekeeping was good and left everything that I needed since we woke up after cleaning hours. Blanket was very comfortable and room was in good order. The hotel has a chicken burger restaurant on the floor of the main street.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Sorgente hotel. Well kept traditional business class hotel located in a very lively neighborhood. Friendly staff with easy access to the airport transportation.
