Lovely stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and clean. Despite being opposite the ferry terminal it was not noisy at all and was a useful way to travel across the bay. Would absolutley recommend if you need to stay in this area.
Excellent experience and couldn’t recommend the property more. Staff were friendly and welcoming, rooms were well maintained and comfortable. It was in a quieter area but conveniently located to walk to nearby beaches and shopping. Short taxi ride to Kotor was easy and convenient. Onsite restaurant was the best we dined at all week; food was exceptional, value for the food was incredible and staff was beyond wonderful. We have the best memories about visiting Montenegro. I highly recommend the hotel. I loved everything about this hotel: beautiful not just a room- one bedroom apartment and very clean, Breakfast had lots of choices. Staff was exceptionally nice. Beach was nice-the best that European beaches can offer.
This was one of our favorite hotels in Montenegro - the views of the bay were stunning! The room was also very big with a little area with sofas and arm chairs to relax. But the view is what we appreciated the most! Breakfast was served downstairs and gave buffet options of fresh veggies with smoked fish (which my husband loved) along with fresh bread and prosciutto you could slice on your own. They also provided hot a-la carte items you could order which were complimentary.

The hotel is truly a gem! Located at the shore of the bay in the center of Prcanj, in an old stone house of the XVIII century, very close to Kotor. Enjoy the beautiful nature, old monuments, Orthodox and Catholic churches, private beach with crystal clean water. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, perfectly clean property, gorgeous architecture, breathtaking scenery... We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!
The property really focuses on health and wellness. The food is all nutritious and healthy and a good variety of options for their breakfast. The rooms are fairly large and ours had a pull up bar. They give you water bottles to use and have water dispensers throughout the hotel which was such a nice touch.
The gym is one of the nicer hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking to maintain a routine, it’s a great option.
The area itself is near a marina but it’s most high mall like shopping....
