A beautiful new property that is exceptionally well maintained. The waterfront views alone are worth every penny, creating a peaceful and unforgettable setting. The food is excellent, with a generous and hearty breakfast spread each morning. We had a wonderful stay at Ollie's (family of 4 with two teenage kids)! Staff was very helpful, incredible view to the bay from the room, which is very modern. Restaurant was excellent; the only detail is that we had a dinner that took a pretty long time to be prepared, but we were not in a hurry. Breakfast was wonderful: besides a lot of good options, the room has huge windows where we could soak in the beautiful environment. Made us want to stay just to enjoy it! We loved the two decks with lounge chairs, umbrellas and access to the bay water across the street, and had a good time basking in the sun on them. Location is fine due to the view. It's not super close to the most interesting spots, but it didn't really matter to us because we were planning to drive anyway. The under-hotel garage worked well and was easy to park. Highly recommended! (Just be prepared for the dreadful traffic in Kotor, if you are going to drive).

+The hotel was brand new so the fasilites were really good and the hotel room was very nice. +I especially found the staff at the reception to be very friendly and helpful. +the food at the restaurant was good -however, I was surprised by how far away the restaurants, shops, and pharmacy were. The hotel says that you can walk along the road to Tivat town, but I did not feel that it was very safe to walk there with all the cars driving by. I personally did not feel completely comfortable walking that route. So, if location and easy access to restaurants, shops, and other amenities are important to you, I would not recommend choosing this hotel. -I also found the service at the private beach to be very poor. The waiter brought me a menu, but after 30–40 minutes he still had not come back to my sun lounger to take my order.

Brand new hotel - we stayed in early July 2026 about 10 days after it opened. Rooms clean and comfortable - nice breakfast and amazing private beach (deckchair right by the sea). Downsides: Staff members (receptionists) wouldn't make much effort to try and help - even when there was plenty we can do to make our stay more pleasant. Hotel listed as having pool and spa - but these are not currently available though no one bothered to point this out. Rooms are also listed as Kind Bed - but apparently almost are come with twin beds. Bottom line - great hotel, but if facilities are important to you, make sure that these are available.

We loved out stay at Ollie's. It is a stunning hotel- our room was above the gym and sauna (although no lift/elevator available in this part of the hotel, unsure about the main hotel). The room was large, well appointed with toiletries, two hairdryers, a TV which netflix worked on, comfortable furniture and coffee replenished daily for the machine. Some parts of the hotel are receiving finishing touches as it is recently opened. Bed was comfortable, shower excellent, lots of storage in the room and beautiful views. Air conditioning works well. The breakfast was delicious, very fresh and varied. The staff are so kind and friendly, always willing to help and do extra. It was my husband's birthday and they brought cheesecake to the room. Parking available and we always got a space. Close to Tivat, our favourite place in Montenegro. The beach across from the hotel is fabulous , comfy, free loungers and lots of beach towels available without charge. Without hesitation I would recommend Ollie's and we would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is brand new, with comfortable sun beds right in front of the property, making it easy to relax by the water. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The complimentary breakfast was very good, the room was spacious, and the view was beautiful. Free valet parking was also a great convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

This is brand new property (we were apparently it's first overnight customers) directly on the Bay of Kator that is immaculate. Spacious room with balconies overlooking the bay with a modern design and setup. The staff was fantastic especially Nikoli, Aleksander, and especially Milka the manager. Breakfast was a la carte, fresh and delicious, with homegrown olive oil bottle on each table. If that wasn't enough, the properties own direct access to the bay with loungers, exclusive swimming area, and even a lifeguard separates this property from all the others. Definitely coming back!

Review for the Hotel: I just stayed at this brand-new hotel, which opened only three days ago, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Irman and Olga, whom I sincerely thank for their availability and kindness. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and perfectly equipped, offering all the necessary comfort. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and very well presented. The view from the hotel is simply incredible, and the private beach is splendid, with very comfortable beds to relax facing the sea. A perfect stay in an idyllic setting; I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

The hotel is brand new, and all the amenities are in excellent condition. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers beautiful views and convenient access to the sea. The location is 3 min from the ferry stop. We stayed as a family with two kids, ages 5 and 7, and found it to be a great place for families. The food at the restaurant was great. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

This is a new property. Amazing staff but they are working out the kinks. Location is amazing and this property has the ability to be a top property when they get some proper training. Staff wants to shine bright just missing some guidance. With all that said I will try again in a few months. I look forward to see how they embrace their potential!!

Brand new hotel. Everything is so beautiful and we loved the 5 night we spent here. The playroom for the kids is a nice touch! Breakfast was fantastic, except for the coffee which was not great. The beach area is really nice and the water is super clear. They ran out of towels a few times and didn’t fill them back up and perhaps leaving some menus out would be a good idea as we only found out on our last day that they had a beach menu:) All just teething problems I think as the hotel had only just opened. The restaurant was high quality and we ate both lunch and dinner there a couple of times. The nearest village is a 15min walk and has a few good options for food too. The gym opened on our 3rd day and it is small but well equipped and stylish.

the bedding was not good. very hard pillows. the maid staff never replaced missing items in the room (tissues, creamer for in room coffee, etc.) the place is new, just opened so i give some grace but the staff is not that well trained. could not tip on card, could not arrange a taxi and pay through hotel and other things, didn't always understand requests.

First guests in the "presidential suite" — here's what we learned. The good: Aleksander at reception is a gem — kind, capable, and the best thing about this hotel. The setting is beautiful. The suite: advertised with a king bed and a queen bed for four guests. Reality: one king bed. My elderly mother slept on a couch. The AC struggled in July heat, the room phones didn't work, basic amenities missing and a mattress that sags in the middle. We were understanding about the small stuff — we were their first suite guests — but the bed configuration isn't a detail, it's the reason we booked. The billing: a cancellation of two rooms (we had upgraded to the suite) failed to transmit in transit, so we were charged for a suite plus two empty rooms as one family of 4. The hotel refused a refund, claiming peak season and that the rooms "couldn't be resold" — while showing at least nine rooms still available for our exact dates. The follow-through: the Manager met us on our final day, asked for a written summary by email, named the owners, and promised to pursue the refund with them personally. I sent it within hours. She never replied. Not to that email, not to any follow-up. Complete silence from management the moment we checked out. Stay here for the staff and the view if you must — but screenshot the listing, confirm the beds, prepay nothing you can’t dispute, and know that if something goes wrong, management’s playbook is to promise, stall, and disappear.

Lovely, clean, and modern hotel – however, it is not yet finished, which was disappointing! We paid extra for a Superior Mountain View but were given a standard twin room, which was available at a significantly lower price (attached the view from the room) We booked this hotel for several reasons, primarily its facilities, including the pools, spa, and gym. Do not make the same mistake we did. When I queried these facilities, I was told that the hotel had “only opened 10 days ago and that they were not yet completed” This unfinished nature was evident throughout our stay. We experienced a 12-hour period without electricity or lighting, and more than three hours without running water. On both occasions, I had to inform reception of the issues and then repeatedly chase for updates. I have absolutely no doubt that in six months to a year this hotel will be fantastic. The issues will likely be resolved, and the facilities will be as advertised. However, for now, I would recommend waiting a few months before booking. I did attempt to resolve these issues during our stay through both Expedia and the hotel directly. We were advised that a solution would be offered; however, we were never approached with one Following our stay, I raised the matter again with Expedia. They advised that they had been unable to contact the hotel and that the standard cancellation terms remained in effect. As a result, no compensation, alternative arrangement, or other resolution was offered.

Hotel completamente nuevo, dada su reciente apertura. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, y el personal es bastante atento. La zona de hamacas/playa está muy bien, con camareros siempre atentos a lo que se pueda necesitar y servicio de toallas de playa disponibles en todo momento. Lo más flojo del hotel es el desayuno, el cual es mejorable. Sin ser un mal desayuno, lo calificaría con un 3 sobre 5. Le falta un poco de variedad y una mejor oferta de cafés, ya que solo disponen de una máquina que no hace un buen café. En cualquier caso, es un buen hotel para pasar unos días, en una zona tranquila de la bahía.
