"This was the least accommodating, least welcoming hotel manager I've ever experienced. Never has a hotel manager made me cry and required that I ask them to please alter their tone when speaking to me. The way in which he spoke to me in front of my children will stay with me forever. It takes a lot to make me uncomfortable, I've been to hundreds of hotels and never before have I been made to feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed in any establishment. The manager of this hotel made me so uncomfortable that I stopped attending breakfast or exiting through the front door whenever he was on duty. In addition to the hostile and dismissive communication from the manager that made me feel unsafe, there was also his unclear communication with his staff to convey his messages when he wasn't on duty. I was told that room service came every other day, then I was told it comes daily when the manager requests it. There was no clarity in communication. I was staying here while renovating a house before moving in, it was the closest location and the manager behaved as though receiving packages was a personal offense. The manager had an issue with the boxes arriving and being stored in the bedroom till they were necessary on the job site. Upon checking out I asked the staff to alert me to any packages that did not arrive before checkout and I was told that at the managers request all packages would be returned to sender. I've now read other reviews that mention prejudice, might be it."

"Room had an unpleasant smell that dissipated after the air was allowed to run for a time. I stay her every time I come through this way. It is a good bed and at a decent price for the area, and even though it is tucked back out of the way, Walmart and several eating places are close to your room. I recommend this place often and the smell was the first time that ever happened, so far."

"We were so happy that we chose this hotel to spend the night during our vacation travels. The Best Western Hotels are always so nice and this one was no exception! The room was perfect & accommodating with the walk in shower. The Breakfast the next morning was amazing! It wasn't just a Continental breakfast, it was a Buffet Breakfast and was good, hot & delicious! Everything was so clean. And the staff was great. "

"The staff was awesome! From the time we came in the front door until we left, everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant went out of her way to accommodate our wishes. The rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. The beads were very comfortable. The only negative was that the pool was closed. It would have been nice if that was stated on the website. "

"This is a bare bones unit. There are only two lights in the unit with the bathroom being one of them. There no maid service. In three days, they only came by to see if we needed anything."
