"Tub drain was clogged but maintenance fixed it right away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, but it was free, so no complaints. The set up made for a chaotic, somewhat frustrating experience at the busiest time in the morning, but again, tolerable. Clean hotel. No major issues during our 5 night stay."

"My second stay here. Absolutely enjoyed my stay both times. Walking distance to many great restaurants, theaters, and attractions. Not in an insanely crowded area, especially on Saturday and Sunday. Very affordable parking with in/out privileges. Will now be my go-to hotel when I’m in town."

"I had a King room, and it was small. I requested a microwave and refrigerator for a small fee, which is fine. The fridge was placed on the floor near the edge of the bed, so it was a bit tight. The bed was comfortable, and the location was idle. You could see the Sears Tower outside of the hotel. There wasn’t breakfast, coffee or tea stations, and parking options are expensive. Use SpotHero! Walgreens, McDonald’s, 7/11, and Dunkin are nearby. "

"All the employees were stuck up, rude to say the least, and not very compassionate let alone understanding Life on life's terms. I don't care but I will never a room from this hotel ever again. Hell I will never rent another hotel room from this flight out company again. Really they're making me mad at Expedia more than anything. There was supposed to be no deposit on my room or my car rental and there's surely wasn't a pool and my breakfast definitely was not included nor was my son's."
