"After the third night, my shower flooded out. They changed me to another bedroom. It’s OK if you want to make a business or a quick trip I think they could fix up the Roos a little bit more. It’s just OK to me. Recommend only for Quiktrip not much for pleasure. staffs are nice not much English speaking staff, especially when it comes to housekeeping front desk was OK. "

"The hotel is clean, it is not new but with good maintenance. The breakfast options includes some fruits like apple and banana, salad fruit, yoghurt, bread, and some pastries (cupcake and donuts). The parking lot looks safe. The front desk staff was very kind and ready to help."

"The parking situation was a hurdle, have to pay for the adjoining lot and walk through the mart to find the lobby. The pool and hot tub were the highlight, very nice set up. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but hallway carpets have seen better days. There was a hiccup with getting our prepaid breakfast because we checked out prior to dining. This lead to an uncomfortable confrontation with the staff in understanding what the word prepaid meant when we asked the front desk for a refund and they condescendingly said you didn’t have breakfast yet so nothing to refund. Eventually we got there and she resolved the matter. Overall it was fine for a one night stay to catch an early flight, close to airport."
