Cooinda Lodge is in a fantastic location—perfect for exploring the beauty of Kakadu National Park. We really enjoyed the good food on offer and loved spending time on the deck, which was a peaceful spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. A great base for a relaxing and nature-filled getaway!
A well priced option for the location. Friendly, helpful staff who gave good advice on activities in the area. It is a combination trailer park/serviced cabins with shared outdoor amenities. Clean and accessible. But the most memorable part was the food at the on-site restaurant. We had kangaroo steaks one night and barramundi the next. Both are hard to cook well and both were exceptional. Would recommend eating there even if you are staying elsewhere.
Staying at the hotel allowed us to get a comfortable sleep before exploring the gorgeous national park. The people were fantastic and the total experience was very pleasant.
