"Very friendly and helpful staff. Not very sound proof, noise travels from halls and parking lot and nearby restaurants. They offer earplugs if wanted. Nice views of bay from balcony."

"Great friendly staff, Room was very clean and bathroom very clean. I did notice the large rugs in the lobby should be cleaned, but overall everything was well kept and clean. Hotel is a little dated but the finishes are still nice. Granite vanities, Travertine floors with more of a Tuscan feel. Walk out the back and there is a path to walk along the bay. Benihana's next door was a plus. Airport shuttle was a plus and they have a printed schedule."

"The ocean view from our room was excellent. It was a little sad that smokers were out on the balcony smoking even though it states that you shouldn't be doing that. The place needs some updating. The continental breakfast was good. The only hot item was the instant oatmeal that you could make. Would be nice if they shared that it came with refrigerator, stove stop to boil water, coffee machine, microwave & toaster."
