"Great centrally located hotel in Kobe close to transportation "

"The AC was only set to heater or fan, and I couldn't seem to change it to cool, but fortunately it was a cold night so it was fairly comfortable. It was a very nice hotel, and not too far from Sannomiya station, which has loads of restaurants and shops! There was also a nearby convenience store for late night snacks. The property was very clean and quiet, and I had a lovely two nights there. I would definitely go back again if I am in the area!"

"While the immediate area around the hotel is ... industrial, there is a Family Mart right next to it, and easy access to the Portliner to get into Kobe proper. The spa/onsen in the hotel was superb."

"This is a business hotel that’s a but older but well maintained. Seems like it was built after the earthquake. A bit hard to find as it’s not on a Main Street. From the front it looks like an office building. Overall it was decent, ok for a short stay. Breakfast was good but could be crowded at times."
