Very impressive from the outside and the lobby experience. Also great location relative to the Portoliner rail. Great breakfast variety as well. Personal opinion, the view isn’t as good from the second floor restaurant but the options are arguably better than the upper floor restaurant. Downside is the aged nature of a couple of the room amenities. First of all, the sheet metal accordion closet doors are something I would expect to find in an American single wide mobile home. Secondly, the bathroom tub and tile work is quite dated.

Beautiful hotel, elegant and well thought through from the free shuttle to downtown and from the train station to the convenience store on the main floor. We stayed in a triple room and had lots of space. One of the elevators was glass giving you an incredible view of the harbour. Pillows were a bit odd but you can ask for a softer set. Kettle and AC in every room. We loved it! Stay here for sure.

Very spacious, comfortable room with balcony and superb view of Kobe Harbor. Reasonable cost, only 2/3 the amount charged by a similar luxury hotel in Nagoya that provided a smaller room. The vast lobby, with waterfall and decorative pool, add even more to the feeling of elegance. Highly recommended.

The room was dirty, very obvious stains, and hair in obvious places. Was not thoroughly cleaned. Bathtub was dirty to the point I did not want to take a bath in it. The bed was clean though.

The lobby was beautiful. And the staff were really helpful. The carpet in my room was all stained as well as the soft furnishings. It needs a good deep clean. The bathroom was spotless as was the rest of the room . There was lots of noise and we could hear the bathrooms in the rooms next to us .

I like the wide lobby that has plenty of seats for guests. There is a familymart in the hotel to get supper bites and personal care items that you may need. And not forgeting the generously discounted car park rate 1000yen per night.
