"He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."

"Great place and privileged directly in the Medina close to the best places but feeling really like being outside of the small streets, very quiet, amazing terrace and well decorated with the swimming pool. The staff is professional, very nice, always available and the breakfast is very good like the rest of the meals. "

He ensured breakfast was ready on time and even packed and gave us breakfast on the day we were leaving since we left super early. He also helped with recommendations for things to do in and around the medina. The room was clean, cozy, and just enough for thwme 2 of us.
