"My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff. Resort also super clean and all staff are friendly!!! Eric Bennett"

"Vi bestilte to premium rom på hotellet, litt basert på bildene hotellet selv hadde tatt. Bildene viser nok en mer stylet versjon enn virkeligheten, men rommene var ganske store og sengene store og behagelige. Servicen på hotellet var utmerket, og praktisk med restaurant vegg i vegg. God frokost. Ca 5 minutter med taxi fra Plaza de Armas var også greit. Minus for at det ikke var vannkoker og hårføner på rommet, og mye tepper på gulvet er nok ikke så allergivennlig. Men vi hadde fine dager med...

Las habitaciones, por lo menos las del tercer piso, donde estuve, son muy pequeñas y hechas de Drywall lo que no presta el aislamiento adecuado ni del frío, ni de los ruidos de otras habitaciones. El servicio es muy básico, nadie te ayuda con las maletas, por ejemplo. Está bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. El desayuno es muy básico y nunca está listo al 100% a las 7am como lo ofrecen. Si solo vas a descansar es una buena...
