"Stayed 3 nights. Valet shuttle was great. Location was easy walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Great walkable location. Great breakfasts!!"

"Very friendly staff. Great location. Cool vibe"

"When you walk into the lodge, it has a funky smell. I know it’s a very old building in a mountain setting so I’ve overlooked it on my rating. Otherwise, the room and setting are great. Choice location."

"Had nice Christmas decorations up and place seems brand new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Could you all to Folsom field in less than 20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was really up to date and very modern. All the facilities ( pool, gym) were clean and appealing. Location is good for downtown activities. Overall really pleasant. They don’t have a free breakfast but the Parkway Cafe is nearby and has great breakfasts."

"Perfect location to Folsom Field. Upon arriving, there was a power outage and the hotel staff was amazing at accommodating everyone. Loved our room."

"The room was well cleaned. The front desk staff were relatively good. The breakfast staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast had many options including eggs, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, chicken tinga, several bread options and make your own waffles. The hotel is quiet, which we enjoyed. It was off the main road, which made it challenging to find, but nothing a close look at the map couldn't solve. The parking was plentiful, even when arriving later at night. Would certainly stay here again!"

"Convenient location and clean, comfortable rooms. Easy onsite parking. We enjoyed the fire pits in the evening!"

"Super location. Great vibe. I loved the heat lamps on the deck and the big TV. We watched the AZ vs U of M game!!!"

"It was such a cute, quaint place. It’s also right next to the creek and park. So convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. Staff are amazing, helpful and friendly."

"Staff was excellent. They were very nice, and let me check in early. Great location."

"Clean room. Friendly staff. Good location."

"The staff were very kind, & the space was clean!!"

"Perfect location between the university and Pearl Street. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly. Parked our car right in front of our room. Weather was very warm and the AC worked well, thankfully. No complaints!"

"Ok…. Read all the reviews and if you decide to stay here have the right expectation going into it. Nothing fancy about the place and that is spelled out very clearly. Location in my opinion was perfect for a game weekend which is why we were there. The staff was awesome but we aren’t very particular as long as room is clean and we feel safe. Bed and pillows were actually super comfortable and we slept well the whole time. Boulder can get expensive on game weekends and we felt we got our monies...

"Very cool place. 3rd time there. Great property and nice people"

"The OMNI was very clean and quiet. They had events in their ballrooms so there was some excitement in the lobby."
