"The room was clean, but very outdated. Even though it is a smoke-free establishment, I think the smoke smell lingered in the carpet and the drapes. I did not use the pool, but it did look clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean and the food was very good. The breakfast hours gave time to sleep in. I booked with hotels.com. I paid for a king but ended up with a queen. I did get a reimbursement"

"This is an older motel which we code because the rate was lower, so we knew that coming in. Outwardly it looked a little shabby, but the room was updated and clean. The office was stocked with vending machines and the dining room was nice. Free breakfast had a lot to choose from but eggs and sausage were unappetizing on our visit. Although address for motel is Neenah, it was effectively in Appleton. So if you are doing business in Oshkosh it is a 15-20 minute drive."
