"The hotel accommodations were good. It is a dated hotel but clean. The breakfast was satisfactory; however, some of the breakfast items were expired, i.e. jelly and yougart. The set up of the lobby/check-in being separate (from rooms) is not a good experience for handicap customers. The check-in experience was great; was not aware of $10 parking requirements."
"Room was clean and comfortable. Having the kitchenette and washer & dryer were great. The property was perfectly located close to Broadway for food & fun as well as a block from the pedestrian bridge over to the Titans stadium for our concert. There was a great breakfast place around the block as well as a diner on the corner that was open late for some food after the concert. We would definitely stay here again."
"The front desk was so helpful, our rooms were so clean, we had a great view of Nashville and we loved it was so close to everything in walking distance. Absolutely will stay there again."
"Decent stay, comfortable bed. Staff seemed nice and easy to talk to. The only downside was the roach crawling on the wall next to me during breakfast. Ruined my appetite and quite frankly set a very low bar for the rest of my stay."
"Great vibe, and beautifully designed property. The food was really good. It’s in the Gulch area but close enough for a 20 minute walk to downtown Broadway. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Super comfy bed and very quiet."

"This place was not clean. From the dirty bathroom, dusty curtains, and dirty countertops, we felt uncomfortable for our stay. The rooms were also crammed with furniture. We felt uncomfortable eating the breakfast after visiting that area since that area was also not clean. We did not want to get sick so we picked up breakfast on the way out of town instead. We cancelled our return stay in favor of finding another place. It’s advertised as kitschy and fun, but it really needs a good clean up."
