"We were lucky that they had a parking spot for us. Check in was good. The place was what I expected. A bit strange, but the room was good. Location was good. Easy for transportion get to the Queen Elizabeth theatre."

"There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. "

"The location of this property is great. Walking distance to great food and shopping. The beds are super comfortable. We stayed in the second suite, there is a long steep stair well to get up to your suite, so if stairs are not a good thing for you, stay in the lower suite. The staff was very helpful when we need assistance. Will stay here again."

"The front desk staff provided exceptional service. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. The street noise was a little loud as a concert finished up nearby but it did not disrupt us. The location is perfect!"

"Great location for our family since we have young children. We were able to easily walk to the aquarium, CN Tower and Roger’s Centre. Having the PATH connected to the hotel was great to be able to get around to other parts the city without going out in the cold or rain. Our kids loved the pool and the views from our room were nice. "We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. The location is perfect if your going to Toronto to watch a ball game or sight see. It’s beside the Roger’s Centre and the Aquarim. A short walk to St Lawrence Market and the waterfront. Very close to the TIFF theatres. Staff were attentive and helpful. The restauarant served a very good buffet breakfast. The pool and spa were spacious and immaculate. This hotel is top notch. I will never stay anywhere else when I return to Toronto....

The location is perfect for exploring King West on foot. A fantastic stay from start to finish—highly recommend."
