"Close to the train station, clean and spacious room, and friendly/helpful staff. Beautiful elevator. Stocked mini-bar. I will for sure stay here again when I come to visit with the family. Gorgeous room furniture and high ceilings. Nice touch with the slippers and walk-in closet. Hotel is just a few minutes from the train station and very close to restaurants and cafes, but still away from the crowds. Perfect!!! Good price for the quality!!!"

"Our second stay at the Grand Savoia in Genoa. Wonderful hotel, full of history and old world luxury. Room was spacious & clean. Staff took care of every request we made. Breakfast spread was one the best we have experienced in Italy. Massage service at the spa was wonderful. Bathtub may be difficult for elderly and or persons with mobility issues, at least in our room."

"No common areas like traditional hotels, otherwise just like any hotel (you just have to ring the bell at front door to get in). Clean room, silent air conditioning in the room, friendly staff and a good breakfast. I would come again! "Firstly, I would like to say that the man at the front desk was nice, but communication prior to my arrival was dreadful! I wanted to amend my booking within 8hrs of booking it, and was given the run around!!! I ended up paying for a supposedly bigger room which was the same size as the supposed smaller room, it just had an extra bed squashed in there that made it feel very small and not even big enough to accommodate three people let alone five! The breakfast was good and so was the location,...

Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊 "
