"Excellent hotel, great breakfast, ideal location & nice views! The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Beatriz who checked us in was wonderful, kind and professional! Gracias por todo!"
"Excellent location, spotless rooms, and an outstanding hotel overall. The staff was exceptional, especially Eduardo at the reception desk. He welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, made us feel right at home, and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond to help us find the information we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his excellent service and highly recommend this hotel.."
"Amazing staff. Even checked us in early so we didn't have to store our bags. Great location with airport shuttle and also close to train station. Grocery store right next door! Very new hotel. Very comfortable beds and the best shower!
Also best breakfast buffet we've ever had at a hotel. Well with the 11€!
We were meant to fly out of Madrid, but our flight had been cancelled so we immediately booked another night with this hotel because we liked it so much. Our teenage kids were very happy...
"Solo traveler and loved this hidden gem. Everything was very clean and the staff were really nice. I got my clothes dry cleaned quickly and enjoyed the breakfast."

Excellent location. Great staff. Rooms are immaculate and decorated beautifully. This is my 2nd time staying here. Lovely hotel. Breakfast is amazing. While not close to all the major museums, it is extremely close to the buses that will take you to them in minutes. Also, only about 3 blocks from the bus/train station. Bus 200 will take you from/to Madrid Barajas airport. If I ever come back to Madrid, I will stay here.
Great place to stay! Staff were great and room was large with beautiful bathroom, walk in shower. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would strongly recommend staying at the Hotel Regina!
I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was all we hoped for. Reasonable price in a quite area close to the main parts of Madrid. The breakfast each morning was outstanding and the room plus common areas were extremely clean. There is a really nice park about 2 blocks to the west. I liked that you could not hear cars or people on the street below, which can be a common problem in big European cities. Hotel staff was very nice. Would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Madrid.
The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.
I stayed at this hotel several times. This time with my dog. It was a very pleasant stay. Thé hôtel staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished. Hôtel is walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, parks. Overall a very great stay in Madrid.
We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!
Location, location, location. Just few steps to Gran Via and Plaza del Sol. Nice, modern rooms. 5 stars for cleanliness. Quiet even on the middle of action. Only complaint, my room have parque floors that need repair. A little bit noisy. Overall, wonderful experience. Surely to return!
This hotel was fantastic. It would be fabulous if it were located in a better location, closer to old Madrid. We stayed there as we were attending a Real Madrid game. It was close to the metro, and the amenities and staff were great. It is located in a quite, residential neighborhood with no nightlife and few restaurant choices.
Wonderful! This hotel is close to everything, we walked everywhere. We had to take metro to Atocha train station and It was only a few steps away. The room with. Balcony was very spacious and great shower. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Will be back soon
As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. "Fresh" squeezed orange juice daily. Complimentary beer, wine, sandwiches, small salads, coffee and tea all day. An honor liqueur bar. Very clean and well...
Perfect hotel (we had the suite in room 203), best staff (40 Euro for late checkout until 8:30 pm at a 400 Euro per night suite; made reservations everywhere; always with a smile and very helpful); best location!!
